A: Generally, it takes 7-14 days after receipt of your order if the parts are in stock. If there is no stock, the standard products take 60 days or sooner, depending on the quantity.

A: Basically, if you require the standard parts, we can send you within 7 days via FedEx.

A: 50% T/T in advance before production, and 50% T/T will be paid before shipment.

A: We had a minimum order amount $5,000; otherwise, an additional US$300.00 handling charge will be applied.

A: Castors are small wheels that are fixed to the bottom of chair legs to help them move easily across floors. These are a great option if mobility is important, usually for lightweight chairs such as task or conference seating.

A: While polyurethane casters typically cost more than rubber, they make up for the cost with their long lifespan and ability to handle more weight. They're less likely to scuff and damage flooring, too. Choosing between them depends on the needs of your office and how weight you'll need them to hold.

A: If adding a medium-sized caster (two inches in diameter), that adds about 2-1/4 inches to the height of your desk. If your desk initially had a height range of 27 to 47 inches, the addition of the caster makes the range 29-1/4 to 49-1/4 inches.

A: One of the first things to determine is how much weight the caster needs to support. Make sure to calculate the total weight of the equipment, plus any additional load it will carry. To determine the load capacity that each caster must handle, divide the total load by the number of casters being used, minus one.

A: First, the larger the wheel, the easier it is to roll over rough or uneven surfaces. Second, bigger wheels can carry more weight without breaking or becoming damaged. Finally, larger caster wheels are less likely to get caught on small objects or debris, making them ideal for use in outdoor or industrial settings.
