1. Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer. We have one metal pressing factory and one plastic injection factory.
2. Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 7-14 days after receipt of your order if the parts are in stock. If there is no stock, the standard products take 60 days or sooner, it depends on the quantity.
3. Q: Can you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can offer the samples for free charge but the customer must pay the courier fee.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 50% T/T in advance before production, 50% T/T will be paid before shipment.

A: Our standard products are usually 5,000pcs. However, we can accept small order quantities for good customers.
