1. Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factories are located in Changhua which is in the middle of Taiwan. It takes 2 hours from Taoyuan international airport to our factory. Or it takes 40 minutes from Taichung international airport to here.
2. Q: Can l visit your factory?
A: We are happily welcome. Feel free to let us know your schedule in Taiwan, we can arrange hotel and car to pick you up.
3. Q: What is your material of the main product?
A: We use Nylon, PP, PU and steel in the majority. Some special parts are made of aluminum, zinc alloy and brass. We can make different materials as per customers’ requirements.
4. Q: If the products have some quality issue, how will you deal with it?
A: Firstly, we will figure out the problem, improve it, then do the correction and precaution report to keep the record. If the defective part is caused by our production, we will send you replacements.
5. Q: Do you have after-sale service?
