1. Q: Are you a manufacturer?
A: Yes. We have our own metal stamping press machines from automatic and semi-automatic to traditional. Also, we have plastic injection machines and assembly machines.
2. Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 7-14 days after receipt of your order if the parts are in stock. If there is no stock, the standard products take 60 days or sooner, it depends on the quantity.
3. Q: How long is your delivery time for samples?
A: Basically, if you require the standard parts, we can send you within 7 days via FedEx.
4. Q: What are your trade terms?
A: We usually quote the price based on FOB Taiwan. If you would like to change other trade terms just let us know in advance.
