1. Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer. We have one metal pressing factory and one plastic injection factory.
2. Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 7-14 days after receipt your order if the parts are in stock. If there is no stock, the standard products take 60 days or sooner, it depends on the quantity.
3. Q: How long is your delivery time for samples?
A: Basically, if you require the standard parts, we can send you within 7 days via FedEx.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 50% T/T in advance before production, 50% T/T will be paid before shipment.
5. Q: Do you accept small orders?
A: We had minimum order amount $5,000, otherwise an additional US$300.00 handling charge will be applied.
