Ensuring Consistent Quality and Reliable Performance
At Bai Ye Industrial Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into every stage of production. With over 40 years of manufacturing experience, we have established a stable and traceable quality management system to ensure consistent performance, durability, and reliability of our furniture hardware products.
All raw materials, including steel components, plastic resins, and accessories, are inspected upon arrival. Material specifications, appearance, and dimensions are checked to ensure compliance with production requirements before use.
During metal stamping, plastic injection molding, and component forming, our production teams conduct regular inspections to monitor dimensions, structural integrity, and surface quality. This helps prevent defects and ensures process stability.
After assembly, the casters and related hardware components will be tested using the Tensile-Tester, Casters Durability Tester, Casters Vertical Impact Tester, and Bounce Tester to ensure smooth rotation, good load stability, and high structural strength. Bearings, wheels, and mounting components will also be inspected to ensure good performance in practical applications.
Before packaging, finished products undergo final visual inspection and functional checks. Only products that meet our internal quality standards are approved for shipment.
Since 2006, most of our products have been tested by SGS. In 2017, we obtained ISO 9001, California Proposition 65, and other international certifications.
We continuously optimize our production processes, equipment, and inspection methods based on production data and customer feedback, ensuring long-term product consistency and reliability.
